Nick’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, torts and negligence claims, as well as white-collar defense and investigations. Nick takes a comprehensive approach to all legal issues to deliver effective results for his clients and understands the importance of clear and transparent communication. Nick has experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, pre-trial motions, discovery, dispositive motions, and trial.
Prior to joining GPMBF, Nick was a litigation associate for a large Denver-based law firm. He represented various corporate clients in myriad civil lawsuits and government investigations. During his tenure, Nick played an integral role in developing the litigation strategy, and subsequent defense, of a public company defending negligence lawsuits nationwide.
In addition, Nick is committed to public service. In 2022 and 2023, he was recognized as a Pro Bono Superstar by his prior firm. He also served as an attorney in the Office of General Counsel for a federal Power Marketing Administration, representing the federal government in land use matters, administrative proceedings, and tort claims. Upon graduating law school, Nick served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nina Y. Wang of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Nick is a graduate of the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation’s Impact Denver Leadership Program, and worked for a Denver-based non-profit prior to pursuing his legal career.
Nick’s experiences have taught him the importance of hard work and collaboration, which he uses to better serve his clients and his community.
