Rebecca Glenn

Through her practice, Rebecca helps clients through a wide array of disputes, ranging from commercial and professional to personal. By approaching each matter with curiosity and her client’s desired outcomes centered, Rebecca harnesses her exceptional research and case development skills to find simple, creative solutions to any problem.

Prior to joining GPMBF, Rebecca clerked for Chief Justice Brian D. Boatright at the Colorado Supreme Court, where she assisted the court in drafting opinions, prepared for and observed oral arguments, and researched and made recommendations on petitions for certiorari. Additionally, during law school, Rebecca interned for the Honorable Judge Christine M. Arguello at the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. In that internship, Rebecca observed several trials and hearings and assisted the court by drafting orders.

Rebecca was an active member of her law school class at the University of Denver. She was selected to represent DU with her team at the Pace Law National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition. She was also the recipient of the Fred Cheever Environmental and Natural Resources Writing Award, which celebrates exemplary student scholarship on issues related to natural resources and the environment. Her winning article, Unrealized Federal Indian Water Rights on the Colorado River: An Opportunity for Equity and Conservation, was later published in the Denver Water Law Review. In her final year of law school, Rebecca served as the editor in chief of DU’s flagship law journal, the Denver Law Review, guiding the journal through its 100th year of publication.

Prior to law school, Rebecca gained significant exposure to litigation practice first as a paralegal at a Boulder law firm assisting with domestic matters, and later as a trial assistant for the trial division of the Colorado Supreme Court’s Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel. These early experiences inform Rebecca’s litigation practice today.

Rebecca earned her J.D. and a certificate in Environmental & Natural Resources Law from the University of Denver. At graduation, she was honored with the Public Good Distinction, which is granted to students based upon their demonstrated commitment to public interest law throughout their legal education. Rebecca has a B.S. in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin.
